Ingredients:

400g tuna

3/4 cup of sesame seeds

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp. soy sauce

3 tbsp. rice vinegar

-1 tbsp. maple syrup

-1/2 tbsp Firebarns GHOST

-1/2 tbsp sesame oil

-1 cup of edamame

juice of one lime

-1 tbsp cracked pepper

-1 tbsp butter

-1/4 cup of fried onions

1 green onion, finely chopped

Preparation:

Pat the tuna piece dry and coat each side well with the sesame seeds.

In a large skillet over high heat, sear the tuna about 30 seconds on eachside. Set aside for about 5 minutes.

In the same skillet, add the butter and edamame, add the lime juice and pepper and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside for about 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, Firebarns GHOST and sesame oil.

Cut the tuna into 1 cm slices. Serve with edamame, fried onions and sauce. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
