Ingredients:


-1lbs lean ground beef
-1 finely chopped yellow onion
-1 can red beans 540ml
-1 can black beans 540ml
-1 can tomato sauce 398ml
-1 cup beef broth
-1 can diced tomatoes 798ml
-1 cup Southwestern Firebarns
-1 finely chopped red pepper
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-1 tbsp. tablespoon cumin
-1 tablespoon chili powder
-Salt and pepper to taste
-3 tablespoons sour cream
-200g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-750g fries of your choice
-Chive and Jalapeno rings for garnish.

Preparation:

In a large saucepan, sauté the beef and onion with a drizzle of olive oil until the beef is cooked through. Drain and add beans, tomato sauce, beef broth, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, Firebarns Southwest, tomato paste, cumin and chili powder. Mix well, cover and bake at 250F for 8 hours.

In a deep fryer or oven, cook the fries until crisp. In a plate add the fries, chili, cheese, put to broil for 1 to 2 minutes. Add sour cream and sprinkle with chives and Jalapeno slices.
