Orders & Deliveries

What is the delivery delay?

Delivery time is generally 5-7 business days. The delay may vary depending on the region and traffic.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

A confirmation email is sent automatically when you make your purchase; sometimes the email ends up in your spam folder.

General questions

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Are your sauces gluten free?

For the majority of our products, the ingredients do not contain gluten, however we do not hold certification. We cannot guarantee that there has been no cross-contamination for ingredients that come from outside our factory.

How do your sauces rank on the Scoville scale?

To facilitate our customers' decision-making, at Firebarns we have our own scale from 1 to 10 to define the intensity of our products.

What is the shelf life of Firebarns products?

Firebarns hot sauces and spices have a shelf life of 2 years and can be stored at room temperature.

Firebarns BBQ sauces and condiments have a shelf life of 18 months and should be refrigerated after opening.

Why is your name English?

Our company name was created in honor of Barney, the English bulldog who is the image as well as the President of our company. More often called Barns, the name Firebarns was self-evident for the name of our company.

What allergens are present in your factory?

Allergens are present in our factory (mustard, wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, soy, sulphites). However, measures are put in place to avoid cross contamination. Allergens present in products are indicated in the ingredient lists on our product labels and on our website.
