Orders & Deliveries
What is the usual delivery time?
Delivery time is generally 5-7 business days. The delay may vary depending on the region and sales peak.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
A confirmation email is sent automatically when you make your purchase, sometimes the email ends up in your spam folder.

Are your sauces gluten free?
Although none of our ingredients contain gluten, we do not have official certification as we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination for ingredients that do not come from our factory.
How do your sauces rank on the Scoville scale?
To facilitate our customers' decision-making, at Firebarns we have our own scale from 1 to 10 to define the intensity of our products.
What is the shelf life of Firebarns products?
Hot sauces have a shelf life of 2 years and we suggest refrigerating them after opening, although they can be stored at room temperature.
BBQ sauces and condiments have a shelf life of 18 months and must be refrigerated after opening.
Mayonnaises have a shelf life of 8 months and must be refrigerated after opening.
Why is your name English?
Our company name was created in honor of Barney, the English bulldog who is the image as well as the President of our company. More often called Barns, the name Firebarns was self-evident for the name of our company.
What allergens are present in your factory?
Allergens are present in our factory (mustard, egg, anchovies, soy, sulphites). However, measures are in place to prevent cross-contamination. Allergens present in products are indicated in the ingredient lists on our product labels and on our website.
