Ingrédients

10-12 prepared ravioli
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. Caesar seasonings
1 egg
5 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
250 g Shiitake mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 cup 15% cooking cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan shavings to serve
Chopped green onions to serve

Préparation

Mix Italian breadcrumbs and Caesar seasonings in a bowl. Beat one egg in a 2nd bowl.
Dip ravioli in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs and place in Air Fryer at 390F. For 8 to 10 minutes.
In a skillet, cook bacon until slightly crisp. Remove from pan and place on paper towel.
In the same pan, add the French shallot, mushrooms and butter. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms begin to brown.
Add cream, salt, pepper and a pinch of Caesar spice to taste. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is creamy.
Serve ravioli on mushroom sauce, sprinkled with bacon, Parmesan and green onions.
