Ingrédients

25 oysters
7 large strawberries, finely chopped
2 tbsp. basil, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. Tequila Lime Hot Sauce
250 ml sparkling wine or champagne (your choice)

Préparation

Combine strawberries, fresh basil, Tequila Lime Hot Sauce and sparkling wine.
Open the oysters and serve the mixture as a mignonette.
