Ingrédients

2 cups orzo
150 g pancetta, finely diced
200 g bocconcini
6-7 sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp. pesto
3 tbsp. Tequila lime hot sauce
Juice of half a lemon
50 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Préparation

Plunge the orzo into boiling water for approx. 7 minutes, drain and leave to cool.
In a frying pan, fry the pancetta for a few minutes until it starts to crisp up nicely.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and adjust seasonings as needed.
