Ingrédients

2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras seasonings
3 cups farfalle, cooked, drained and tempered
1 cup romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
5 slices bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
½ cup Caesar dressing
5 to 6 drops Original Hot Sauce
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Caesar croutons to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges to serve

Préparation

In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil and Mardi Gras Cajun seasonings.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken until cooked through, then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and serve cold.
