SMOKED MEAT & MAPLE MUSTARD DUMPLINGS
This week we're celebrating the maple season in a big way with this delicious recipe for smoked meat dumplings served with maple mustard.
Our Baseball Mustard is enhanced for the occasion with our Sriracha sauce, maple syrup and olive oil to perfectly match the smoky flavor of the smoked meat.
The smoked meat dumplings are also stuffed with pickles and diced sharp cheddar cheese to create a perfect flavour match.
In a large bowl, combine the smoked meat, pickles and strong cheddar.
Spoon the equivalent of a tablespoon of the mixture into the center of the dumpling dough.
Brush the edges of the dough with a little water and close in a half-moon shape, making sure the dumpling dough is sealed.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the maple mustard.
Bake dumplings in a Air Fryer at 390°F for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
