A delicious Easter Baloney made with butter and maple syrup, enhanced with our Tennessee Whiskey BBQ sauce, Baseball Mustard and Mardi Gras seasonings.

We won't break the bank with this Easter treat!

Ingrédients

4.5 kg baloney
½ cup Baseball Mustard
100 g Cajun Mardi Gras seasonings
350 ml Tennessee Whiskey BBQ sauce
100 ml melted butter
100 ml maple syrup

Préparation

Preheat pellet smoker to 300°F (can work with conventional stove).
Make incisions about 1 to 2 centimeters deep across the entire piece to produce a grid pattern.
Brush the entire piece with Baseball Mustard and sprinkle generously with Mardi Gras seasonings.
Place on smoker or oven rack directly for 1 hour.
Baste every 20 minutes or so for 2 hours, alternating between Tennessee Whiskey BBQ sauce, melted butter and maple syrup.
Slice and serve with mashed potatoes, or pan-roast to accompany your Easter brunch.
