Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, diced; 4 smoked sausages; 10 large shrimps; 1 small green bell pepper, chopped; 1 onion, chopped; 2 celery, chopped; 1 tablespoon chopped garlic; 2 cups white rice; 3 cups chicken broth; 2 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices; 1 tbsp. Original hot sauce; ¼ cup chopped parsley; Salt and pepper to taste; 50 ml olive oil

Ingrédients

2 chicken breasts, diced
4 smoked sausages
10 large shrimps
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 celery, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 cups white rice
3 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices
1 tbsp. Original hot sauce
¼ cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
50 ml olive oil

Préparation

In a large skillet, brown chicken, sausage with a drizzle of olive oil, about 5 minutes;
Add onion, celery, bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add Cajun spices, rice, Firebarns sauce and chicken broth, then bring to a boil;
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender;
In another skillet, sauté shrimp over high heat for about 5 minutes with a tablespoon of Cajun spices.
Add the shrimp and sprinkle with a little parsley just before serving.
