An El Paso cheese dip recipe perfect for football or hockey tailgates that's simple to make and delicious.

A blend of Tex-Mex cheese, Velveeta, ground beef, crumbled bacon and salsa, enhanced with our El Paso seasonings and Cayenne hot sauce.

Your guests will be clamoring for this recipe, and you can either tell them your big secret or keep it to yourself!

Ingrédients

500 g ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. El Paso Tex-Mex Seasonings
450 g Velveeta cheese
325 g grated Tex-Mex cheese
250 g bacon, cooked and crumbled
2-3 tbsp. Cayenne Hot Sauce
418 ml salsa
Tortilla chips to serve

Préparation

Sauté in butter over medium-high heat.
When meat is cooked, add El Paso Tex-Mex seasonings and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and add salsa, Velveeta and Tex-Mex cheeses.
Simmer, stirring regularly, until cheese is melted.
Add Cayenne hot sauce and crumbled bacon.
Mix well and serve.
