Strawberries & Fried Avocados Salmon Tartare

This Valentine's Day, let yourself be enchanted by a unique and romantic culinary creation by Frank Ménard, our very own Cupid. Imagine a delicious salmon tartare enhanced with fresh strawberries, delicately seasoned with our unique Sambal Oelek and our creamy Sriracha Mayo, for an explosion of flavors in the mouth.

Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon cut into small cubes
  • 4 to 5 large strawberries cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Sriracha Mayo
  • 2 sprigs of finely chopped chives
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. tsp Sambal Oelek
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
  • Sriracha sauce to taste

FRIED AVOCADO INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lawyers
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the tartare ingredients well and set aside in the fridge.
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Cajun Mardi Gras spices.
  4. Dip the avocados in the breadcrumbs and make sure to cover each side.
  5. Place in Air Fryer at 390°F for approximately 7-8 minutes.
  6. Allow the fried avocados to cool and serve the tartare on the avocados
