SUGAR SHACK BREAKFAST POUTINE
A decadent breakfast poutine made with bacon, sausage, cheese curds, ham, crispy pork rinds and eggs that's just right for the maple season that's currently in full swing.
Enhanced with maple syrup of course, our Bourbon Bacon BBQ sauce and our Cayenne hot sauce, this breakfast will please the whole table.
No time to prepare the breakfast potatoes, we prepared this recipe with Ben & Florentine's breakfast potatoes.
Wrap cocktail sausages in half a slice of bacon. Spread sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine Bourbon Bacon BBQ sauce, maple syrup and Cayenne hot sauce. Brush over sausages.
Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking and brush with syrup mixture. Brush a 3rd time with a few minutes left in the baking time.
Cook Ben & Florentine seasoned breakfast potatoes according to directions.
On a plate, combine potatoes, ham, cheese curds, hollandaise sauce, mirror egg and cocktail sausage.
Sprinkle with chives, place a few crispy pork rinds and serve with a drizzle of maple syrup.
