wrap blt poulet cajun mayo bacon

An easy-to-make Cajun BLT chicken wrap recipe for busy weeknights or kids' lunches. Prepared with chicken enhanced with our Cajun Mardi Gras spices and seasoned with our Bacon Mayo, these wraps will please the whole family. You can even prepare them as a family to add to the experience and double or triple the recipe depending on the number of mouths to feed!


  • 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 4 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 2 red tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 50 ml ofMayo Bacon Firebarns
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 large burrito-style tortillas


  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil and Cajun Mardi Gras spices.
  2. In a skillet over high heat, cook the chicken for about 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Brush a tortilla with the Bacon Mayo. Add half the salad, half the tomato slices, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese and half the chicken.
  4. Fold the tortilla towards the filling, then fold the sides towards the center and close the tortilla tightly. Repeat steps for the second wrap.
