  • 500 g semi-lean ground beef
  • 4 slices cooked thick sliced ​​bacon
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 8 slices of orange cheese
  • 1/2 white onion cut into thin rings
  • 4 tbsp. tbsp Bacon Mayo
  • 4 tbsp. soupsteak spice Montreal
