In a bowl, mix butter, garlic and Caesar seasonings well and microwave for 10-15 seconds.
On a floured work surface, knead the dough to the desired thickness. Place the ficello at the end of the dough and close tightly.
Brush the bottom and edges of the dough with the garlic butter.
Brush bottom of dough with ½ cup spaghetti sauce.
Toss cooked and drained pasta with remaining spaghetti sauce.
Spread the pepperoni all over the bottom of the pasta and add the spaghetti on top.
Cover with cheese and add a few slices of pepperoni on top.
Bake on a baking sheet or pizza stone covered with parchment paper at 425°F for about 20 to 25 minutes.
