The flesh of 2 cooked lobsters, coarsely chopped
10 strawberries cut into small cubes
the juice of half a lime
1 celery cut in small dices
2 tablespoons Firebarns Sriracha mayonnaise
1 green onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
12 lightly toasted buns
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and place in the fridge about 10 minutes before serving.
Stuff the rolls with the lobster filling and serve with lime wedges.
