Discover our El Paso Chicken Pizza, perfectly spiced with our Tex-Mex blend. This pizza combines salsa, seasoned chicken, Tex-Mex cheese, and is finished with fresh toppings of avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. A vibrant dish that brings an authentic Tex-Mex touch to your table, ideal for spicing up your pizza evenings.


  • 1 ball of pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp. tbsp El Paso Tex-Mex spice
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup grated Tex-Mex cheese
  • 1 lawyer
  • 2 tomatoes cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon chopped coriander
  • Olive oil


  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and cut them into small strips of 2 to 3 centimeters. In a pan over high heat, brown the chicken strips with olive oil. Add the El Paso Tex-Mex spices, reduce the heat and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat and reserve.
  2. On a floured work surface, shape the dough and work it to give it the desired thickness. Place the dough on a pizza pan and spread the salsa, add the chicken and then add the Tex-Mex cheese. Cook in the oven or on the BBQ at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
  4. Top the pizza with the avocado, tomato mixture and sprinkle with El Paso Tex-Mex spices and cilantro.
