Ingredients:

350 g of wild Argentine shrimp

-1 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. olive oil

-1/4 cup of honey

2 tbsp. soy sauce

juice of half a lime

2 tbsp. Sriracha

2 tbsp sake (optional)

Lime slices to serve

Chopped chives to serve

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine honey, sriracha, sake, soy sauce and lime juice and set aside.

Over high heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Add the honey mixture to the pan and bring to a boil. Stir in the shrimp and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve with lime slices and chives.
