Ingredients:
-+/- 20 large shrimp
-1 Jalapeno cut in slices
-2 oz of Tequila
-2 tbsp. El Paso spices
-2 tbsp. olive oil
-1/2 cup chopped cilantro
-juice of half a lime
Preparation:
-In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
-Cook on the BBQ over high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
-Serve with Jalapeno slices, lime wedges and chopped coriander.
