BURRATA, GRILLED PEACHES, PROSCUITTO AND SRIRACHA HONEY

Discover our Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Burrata, garnished with a drizzle of honey and Sriracha Firebarns for a sweet and tangy blend. The sweetness of the burrata, combined with the freshness of the peaches and the richness of the prosciutto, creates an elegant and flavorful dish, finished perfectly with fresh basil. Ideal for a refined starter or a dish to share.

Ingredients

  • 250g. burrata
  • 4 peaches
  • 150g. prosciutto
  • 1 baguette
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of honey
  • 1 C. tbsp Sriracha Firebarns
  • Basil leaves

Preparation

  1. Cut the peaches in 2 and remove the pit. Cut the baguette to make croutons 1 to 2 cm thick.
  2. On the BBQ over high heat, grill the croutons and peaches.
  3. In a bowl, combine the honey and Sriracha. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix well.
  4. Serve the Burrata with the prosciutto, peaches, croutons, basil leaves and drizzle with the spiced honey.
