BURRATA, GRILLED PEACHES, PROSCUITTO AND SRIRACHA HONEY
250 g. burrata
-150 g. proscuitto
1 baguette of bread
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Sriracha Firebarns
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit. Cut the bread stick into 1 to 2 cm thick croutons.
On the BBQ over high heat, grill the croutons and peaches.
In a bowl, combine honey and Sriracha. Place in microwave for 30 seconds and mix well.
Serve the Burrata with the prosciutto, peaches, croutons, basil leaves and drizzle with the spiced honey.
