Enjoy our Strawberry and Basil Salmon Tartare, enhanced by our Montreal steak spices. This tartare mixes fresh salmon, strawberries, and avocado with a vinaigrette of Dijon mustard, Sriracha Firebarns, lime juice, and maple syrup. Accented with green onion and basil, this dish is an elegant and refreshing fusion of flavors, perfect for a light or special starter.


  • 350 g salmon fillet cut into small cubes
  • 6 to 8 strawberries cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 avocado cut into small cubes
  • 1 C. tbsp Montreal steak spice
  • 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 2 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 C. Dijon mustard
  • 1 C. Table of Sriracha Firebarns
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 C. maple syrup


  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Adjust Sriracha as needed.
  2. Serve with microgreens and croutons.
