Ingredients: 1 cup breadcrumbs; 2 tbsp Mardi Gras Cajun seasonings; 12 large shrimps; 1 cup flour; 2 eggs; 1 can corn kernels (341 ml); 2 tbsp. butter; 1 shallot, finely chopped; 1 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras seasonings; 1 tbsp. Cayenne hot sauce; 1 oz bourbon (optional); 1/4 cup 35% cooking cream; Salt and pepper to taste; 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled; Chopped chives to serve

Ingrédients

1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Mardi Gras Cajun seasonings
12 large shrimps
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 can corn kernels (341 ml)
2 tbsp. butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras seasonings
1 tbsp. Cayenne hot sauce
1 oz bourbon (optional)
1/4 cup 35% cooking cream
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Chopped chives to serve

Préparation

In a skillet, sauté French shallot with butter, deglaze with bourbon and add corn kernels.
Add Mardi Gras Cajun seasonings and continue cooking over high heat for about 5 minutes.
Place in a blender, add cream and Cayenne hot sauce and blend until creamy.
In three separate bowls, add flour, eggs (well mixed) and breadcrumbs mixed with Mardi Gras Cajun seasonings.
Individually, toss shrimp in flour, eggs and then breadcrumbs. Cook shrimp in Air Fryer at 390°F for about 7-8 minutes.
Serve shrimps on top of mashed corn and sprinkle with bacon, green onions and chives.
