Ingrédients

1 ribeye steak, tempered
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. chopped ginger
3 tbsp. Steak BBQ sauce
3 to 4 drops sesame oil
2 tbsp. Sriracha sauce
300 g wild Argentinian shrimps
2 tbsp. crushed Sichuan pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce
Serve with Asian cucumber salad, rice or ramen
Green onions and sesame seeds to serve

Préparation

In a bowl, combine shrimp, oil, maple syrup, Sichuan pepper and Sriracha sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cook shrimp on high heat in a skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
In a skillet over high heat, melt butter and add ribeye steak. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Cooking time may vary according to desired doneness and thickness.
Remove steak from pan and let rest for 10 minutes.
In the same skillet over medium heat, add the ginger and garlic and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the Steak BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and Sriracha sauce. Mix well and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
Cut the piece of meat about 1 cm wide, return to the pan and coat well with the sauce.
Serve with shrimp and the side dish of your choice.
