ROCKEFELLER SMOKED MEAT

200 g. smoked meat, coarsely chopped
200 g. of grated sharp cheddar
100 ml of Firebarns Mustard and Honey
-1/2 cup of diced pickles
Micro pods to serve
Clean the oysters under cold water and open them. Place oysters on a large baking sheet. Place 1 tbsp of Honey Mustard Sauce, 1 tbsp of smoked meat and 1 tbsp of grated cheddar cheese in each oyster.
In the oven or on the BBQ, cook the oysters at 475F for about 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with pickles and microgreens and drizzle with Honey Mustard sauce before serving.
