EL PASO CHEESE CURDS
Mexican-style breaded cheese curds prepared with our Tex-Mex El Paso seasonings, topped with Firebarns Ketchup spiced up with our Tequila Lime hot sauce and chopped peperoncini peppers.
We also serve with whole peperoncini peppers to really recreate the Mexican experience.

In a bowl, combine all Ketchup ingredients and set aside in the fridge.
In three separate bowls, add flour, eggs, bread crumbs and El Paso Tex-Mex seasonings.
Dip the cheese curds in the flour, then in the eggs and the El Paso seasonings breadcrumbs mix.
Bake in the Air Fryer at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with the Tequila Lime Ketchup and whole peperoncini peppers.
