An Italian-inspired summer salad recipe made with your choice of pasta, Calabrese salami, proscuitto, bocconcini cheese, black olives and green onion. All seasoned with a homemade vinaigrette flavored with our Original hot sauce and sun-dried tomatoes. Allow a resting time of at least 2 hours so that the flavors can infuse well into the salad. Also add balsamic reduction and fresh basil to taste at the finish for even more flavors.


  • 450 g of pasta of your choice, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 150 g calabrese salami, roughly chopped
  • 125 g prosciutto, roughly chopped
  • 200 g bocconcini cheese pearls
  • 1/3 cup sliced ​​black olives
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Balsamic reduction to serve (optional)
  • Fresh basil (optional)


  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 10-12 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
  • The juice of a lemon
  • 25 ml Original hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Serve with a balsamic reduction and basil to taste.
