DUMPLINGS BIG MAC
Everyone knows the famous Big Mac sandwich, but no one has tried it in dumpling form.
Try this reinvented classic enhanced with our Montreal Steak Spice and Baseball Mustard, lettuce, Big Mac sauce, cheddar cheese and pickles.

400 g lean ground beef
2 tbsp Montreal steak seasonings
1 onion, finely chopped
300 g orange cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Firebarns Baseball Mustard
1 tbsp. relish
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. finely chopped pickles
Sesame seeds to serve
Iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, cheese and Montreal steak spices. Mix well.
Top dumplings with about 1 tbsp of filling, close and seal with a little water.
In a skillet over medium high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Place dumplings in skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bottom of dumplings begin to brown. Add one cup of water, cover and continue cooking over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the water has completely evaporated.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Firebarns Baseball Mustard, relish and spices. Set aside.
Serve dumplings on a bed of iceberg lettuce, drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with pickles and sesame seeds.
