BIG MAC DUMPLINGS

Everyone knows the famous Big Mac sandwich, however, no one has tasted it in dumpling form. Try this reinvented classic enhanced with our Montreal Steak Spices and Baseball Mustard, lettuce, homemade Big Mac sauce, cheddar cheese and pickles. Find all those flavors that you know so well!

Ingredients

  • 400 g lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Montreal steak spice
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 300 g orange cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • 50 dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 C. tbsp Firebarns Baseball Mustard
  • 1 C. relish
  • 1 C. paprika
  • 1 C. onion powder
  • 1 C. garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp. finely chopped pickles
  • Sesame seeds for serving
  • Coarsely chopped iceberg lettuce

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, cheese and Montreal steak spices. Mix well.
  2. Top the dumplings with about 1 tbsp. of filling, close and seal with a little water.
  3. In a skillet over medium high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Place the dumplings in the pan and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until the bottoms of the dumplings begin to brown. Add a cup of water, cover and continue cooking over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the water is completely evaporated.
  4. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Firebarns Baseball Mustard, relish and spices. To book.
  5. Serve the dumplings on a bed of iceberg lettuce, drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with pickles and sesame seeds.
