SNOW CRAB, FRIES AND BACON
500 g. of crab meat
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
4 slices of bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons of Firebarns bacon mayonnaise
juice of half a lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Your favorite fries
Lemon wedges to serve
In a bowl, combine crab meat, jalapeño, bacon, bacon mayonnaise and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the crab mixture over the fries and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
