SNOW CRAB, FRIES AND BACON

Ingredients

  • 500 g crab meat
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon cooked and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Spicy Bacon Mayo
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite fries
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, jalapeño, bacon, Bacon Mayo and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. -Serve the crab mixture over the fries and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
