B.L.T GRILLED CHICKEN AND HONEY MUSTARD

Enjoy our Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken BLT, a gourmet sandwich with chicken breasts in Honey Mustard BBQ sauce, crispy bacon, fresh tomato and arugula, all between two Kaiser buns. A perfect blend of flavors for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 4 slices of bacon cooked and crispy
  • Rocket

Preparation

  1. Mix the chicken breasts with the Honey Mustard sauce in a ziplock bag and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Cook on the BBQ for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Brush with Honey and Mustard sauce 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
  3. Slice the chicken breasts into rounds of approximately 2 cm. Spread the bread with the Honey and Mustard sauce and add the arugula, tomato, bacon and grilled chicken.

Ne serait-ce que pour faire différent des fameuses boulettes de steak haché, ce burger en vaut la peine. Le goût moutarde/miel n’est pas exagéré, juste parfait. Très bon et simple.
