THE BEST DUMPLING SAUCE

Whether you prepare your dumplings or buy them ready, we offer you the BEST dumpling sauce in our opinion. Made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sake, honey, crushed chili peppers, green onions, toasted sesame oil and honey, topped with our unique Sriracha sauce. Ideal for a quick dinner when you have dumplings in the freezer or just want to buy some and everyone enjoys it!

Ingredients

  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml of rice vinegar
  • 50 ml of sake
  • 1 C. tbsp Firebarns Sriracha sauce
  • 1 C. tablespoon of honey
  • 1 C. crushed peppers
  • 1 finely chopped green onion (optional)
  • 4 to 5 drops of toasted sesame oil

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and serve with steamed dumplings or Gyoza
