PIZZA-GHETTI

A perfect blend of two popular dishes of Italian cuisine, pizza and spaghetti merged into one tasty dish. Our spaghetti sauce recipe or the best one according to you enhanced with our spicy sauces and a crust brushed with garlic butter prepared with our Bloody Caesar spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cups ofFirebarns spaghetti sauce
  • 150 g cooked and drained spaghetti
  • 8 Ficello cheeses cut into 3
  • 200g pepperoni
  • 320 g Italian grated cheese
  • 50 g of tempered butter
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Bloody Caesar spices

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic and Caesar spices and microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  2. On a floured work surface, knead the dough until you reach the desired thickness. Place the ficello at the end of the dough and close tightly on itself.
  3. With the garlic butter, brush the bottom and edges of the dough.
  4. Brush the bottom of the dough with ½ cup of spaghetti sauce.
  5. Mix the cooked and drained pasta well with the rest of the spaghetti sauce.
  6. Spread the pepperoni all the way to the bottom of the dough and add the spaghetti on top.
  7. Cover with cheese and add a few slices of pepperoni on top.
  8. Bake on a baking sheet or pizza stone covered with parchment paper at 425°F for about 20 to 25 minutes.
