250 g ground bacon
400 g ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely diced
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
50 ml of white wine
1 tbsp. cornstarch diluted in water
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can yellow beans, drained
2 cans of mushrooms, drained
1 cup of beef broth
3 tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
7 to 10 drops of Scorpion Vodka hot sauce
375 g cooked and drained egg noodles
In a large saucepan, brown the bacon with the ground beef for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and green bell pepper for 2 to 3 minutes and deglaze with white wine. Add crushed tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, beef broth, cornstarch and Scorpion Vodka hot sauce. Simmer over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes.
Add pasta, mix well and serve.
