Won-Tons de Porc Épicés

  • 50 square wonton wrappers
  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 C. tbsp Sriracha Firebarns
  • 1 C. tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 C. finely chopped ginger
  • 1 C. finely chopped garlic
  • Fried wontons and green onions to serve


  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 C. at the table of Sambal Oelek Firebarns
  • 1 C. Table of Sriracha Firebarns
  • 1 C. teaspoon of honey


  1. In a large bowl, combine pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, 1 tbsp. of Sriracha and 1 tbsp. tablespoon of soy sauce. Place about 1 tbsp. in the center of the wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with water and close the wonton in two. Close the two ends together by brushing the corners with a little water.
  2. In a pot of boiling water, immerse the wontons for 4 to 5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, Sriracha and honey well.
  4. Pour the sauce over the wontons and sprinkle with green onions and fried wontons before serving.
