Philly Cheese Steak Tortellinis on Plancha

Philly Cheese Steak tortellini prepared on the griddle perfect for cooking outside during the summer. This pasta is prepared with beef fondue, mushrooms, green pepper, shallot and Italian cheese enhanced with our BBQ Steak sauce and our Montreal steak spices.

Ingredients

  • 350 g cooked and drained cheese tortellini
  • 300 g of beef fondue
  • 225 g sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper cut into small cubes
  • 2 French shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese (Italian blend)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. tbsp BBQ Steak Sauce
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. tbsp Montreal steak spice

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients with the Montreal spices on the grill over high heat. A section for vegetables, a section for beef and a section for Tortellini.
  2. Turn the ingredients a few times to ensure they are cooked evenly.
  3. Add the BBQ Steak sauce, mix well and continue cooking for a few minutes.
  4. Add the cheese, let it melt completely and mix everything together.
