Spicy Mai Tai

Discover our version of this popular Californian cocktail enhanced with our Scotch Bonnet hot sauce to perfection. Prepared with white rum, dark rum, triple sec, orange, pineapple and lime juice, grenadine syrup and a few cherries, this cocktail will please your guests this summer!


  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz spiced dark rum
  • 2 oz triple sec
  • The juice of a lime
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 5 to 6 drops of hot sauce S
  • A few dashes of grenadine syrup
  • 4 cherries
  • Ice


  1. In a shaker, add all the liquids with a few ice cubes and mix well.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, and pour in the mixture. Garnish with the cherries and a dash of grenadine.
