Spicy Dill Pickle Chicken Salad Croissants

Croissants made with cooked BBQ chicken, cucumber, dill pickles, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill and green onion enhanced with our spicy Cayenne sauce. A very easy recipe to prepare and serve with Miss Vickie's Spicy Pickles crisps.


  • 1 cooked BBQ chicken (1 kg)
  • 1 English cucumber, cut into small cubes
  • 4 large dill pickles, cut into small cubes
  • 3 tbsp. cayenne hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of sour cream
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. tbsp fresh dill
  • 6 butter croissants
  • Miss Vickie's Spicy Pickle Chips for Serving


  1. Roughly chop the chicken, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Make an incision in the center of the croissant and stuff with the chicken salad.
  3. Serve with chips or raw vegetables.
