Savor our revisited Rockefeller oysters, enriched with a touch of smoked meat with BBQ Mustard and Honey sauce. Each oyster is generously garnished with smoked meat, covered with gratinated sharp cheddar, and accompanied by pickles for a crunchy note. Microgreens add a touch of freshness, creating an elegant and tasty starter that will captivate your guests at your parties.


  • 24 oysters
  • 200 g coarsely chopped smoked meat
  • 200 g grated sharp cheddar
  • 100 ml Mustard & Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, finely diced
  • Microgreens for serving


  1. Clean the oysters under cold water and open them. Place the oysters on a large baking sheet. In each oyster put 1 tbsp. mustard and honey sauce, 1 tbsp. of smoked meat and 1 tbsp. of grated cheddar.
  2. In the oven or on the BBQ, cook the oysters at 475°F for about 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with pickles and microgreens and drizzle with Honey Mustard BBQ sauce before serving.
