Imagine bites of smash burgers, these little delights that cause a sensation at your festive receptions. Prepared with care and love, these bites are one of a kind because they use deviled eggs as bread, an original idea that will surprise your guests.

  • A dozen eggs
  • 250g ground beef
  • 3 slices of orange cheese cut into 4
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoon of Mayo Bacon
  • 3 slices of cooked bacon, cut into 4
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Montreal steak spice
  • 24 slices of pickles
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 12 toothpicks

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, carefully place the eggs and cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs and place in a large bowl of iced water.
  3. Make small beef balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball)
  4. Cook over high heat in a large skillet for about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Crush the meatballs well so that they are very thin.
  5. Add the cheese slices to the meatballs, cover and let the cheese melt on the meatballs off the heat.
  6. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolk.
  7. In a bowl, mix all the egg yolks, mayonnaise and chives well. Season with salt and pepper and place in a piping bag.
  8. Fill the egg white with the filling, add the bacon, the meatball and the pickles.
  9. Add the 2nd part of the egg on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
