Salade d'Été Balsamique Sriracha

Sriracha Balsamic Summer Salad

A fresh summer salad perfect for hot days. Enhanced with our Sriracha sauce and prepared with strawberries, spinach, blueberries, feta and pecans, this salad will please the whole family for the meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 300g. Quebec strawberries cut in 2
  • 170g. blueberries from Quebec
  • 150g. crumbled Feta cheese
  • 150g. pecans
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of maple syrup

DRESSING INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Sriracha Firebarns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a cup, mix all the vinaigrette ingredients well and set aside in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven or smoker to 200F.
  3. In a mixing bowl or large bowl, mix the pecans, maple syrup and Montreal spices well.
  4. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the pecans and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside in the fridge.
  5. -In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and serve.
