Ramen & Steak Asian Stir-Fry on the Griddle

Get out the griddle, it's showtime! Thinly sliced juicy beef, golden cubes of tofu, crunchy broccoli, snow peas, melting onions, and ramen topped with our new Firebarns Ramen Sauce. An explosion of Asian flavors, spiced up just right.

Ingredients

  • 2 beef steaks (bavette or sirloin), thinly sliced
  • 300g ramen noodles (pre-cooked and drained)
  • 1 block of firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1 small broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup Firebarns Ramen Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)

Preparation

On the griddle

  1. Preheating:Turn on the griddle over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil.
  2. Cooking tofu:Place the tofu cubes on the griddle and grill them on each side until golden brown. Set aside on the hot side.
  3. Sear the steak:Add the steak slices and season with salt and pepper. Sear quickly for rare to medium. Set aside with the tofu.
  4. Crunchy vegetables:Add a little oil, then sauté the onion, broccoli and snow peas for 3-4 minutes, until still crisp.
  5. Add the noodles:Add the pre-cooked ramen noodles to the griddle along with the vegetables. Stir to coat well with the cooking juices.
  6. Final assembly:Return the steak and tofu to the griddle, then pour the Firebarns Ramen Sauce. Mix everything together to coat all the ingredients well. Let it caramelize slightly.
  7. Finishing :Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
