Prosciutto, Blackberry & Basil Pizza on Naan Bread

Served on toasted naan bread, this pizza combines crispy prosciutto, juicy blackberries, fresh basil and a mozzarella-parmesan duo, all enhanced by our Rhum Chipotle Hot Sauce for a perfect balance of sweet, smoky and slightly spicy.

Ingredients

  • 2 Naan breads
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 3 tablespoons of basil tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rhum Chipotle Hot Sauce
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 10 blackberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix the tomato basil sauce with the Rhum Chipotle hot sauce and cover the Naan breads with the mixture.
  3. Next add 2 slices of Prosciutto, 2 basil leaves and half of the 2 cheeses per loaf.
  4. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Add the blackberries and sprinkle with chopped basil before serving.
