pizza homard tequila lime

Lobster season is in full swing right now and we have the perfect recipe for leftover lobster dinner or to simply prepare it. A pizza enhanced with pizza sauce spiced with our Tequila Lime hot sauce which will create a perfect pairing with lobster. Also garnished with bacon, avocado, lime slices and enhanced with our Montreal steak spices, this pizza is perfect for a successful dinner with friends or for the whole family!


  • The meat of 2 lobsters
  • Pizza dough ball
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce (Mikes)
  • 50 ml Tequila Lime hot sauce
  • 1 lawyer
  • ½ lime
  • 350 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 C. tablespoon ofsteak spices Montreal
  • Chopped chives to serve


  1. Preheat the BBQ to 500°F.
  2. On a floured work surface, knead the dough until you reach the desired thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce and Tequila Lime sauce well.
  4. On a non-stick pizza pan, shape the dough and spread the pizza sauce.
  5. Arrange half of the lobster and bacon on the pizza and add the cheese.
  6. Add the remaining lobster and bacon and sprinkle with Montreal steak spices.
  7. Place the pizza on the BBQ at 500°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
  8. Cut the avocado into slices and place on the pizza with lime.
