Philly Cheesesteak Oysters Rockefeller

Discover our Oysters Rockefeller, Philly Cheesesteak style. Topped with fondue meat, mushrooms, green peppers, our BBQ Steak sauce and our Montreal steak spices, each bite is enhanced by melted provolone cheese. A final touch of Original Hot Sauce adds an irresistible spiciness.

Ingredients

  • 12 oysters
  • 150 g of fondue meat
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Steak Sauce
  • 12 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice
  • 10 mushrooms, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 150 g provolone cheese
  • Original hot sauce as a final touch (optional)

Preparation

  1. On a baking sheet, add the pepper, mushrooms and fondue meat. Add the Montreal steak spices and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the BBQ Steak Sauce and continue cooking for a few minutes. Mix the meat and vegetables together well.
  3. Open and peel the oysters and place on a cooking rack.
  4. Add 1 tbsp Alfredo sauce, 1 to 2 tbsp fondue meat, top with provolone cheese and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place in the oven on broil for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden on top.
  6. Serve the oysters Rockefeller and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
