Discover our Philly Cheesesteak style stuffed potato skins, a gourmet and tasty fusion! Topped with juicy beef, melty cheese, peppers and onions, they are enhanced by our Montreal steak spices and our BBQ Steak sauce. Each bite offers a perfect blend of crispy and melting textures, enhanced by an explosion of smoky and spicy flavors. A Firebarns recipe that turns potato skins into an irresistible, homey delight!


  • 6 potatoes
  • 350 g of fondue meat
  • 225 g sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup BBQ Steak sauce
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Montreal steak spice
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Chives to serve


  1. Wrap the potatoes individually in foil and place in the oven at 400°F for about 1 hour or until cooked through.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the mushrooms, pepper and fondue meat for a few minutes or until the meat is nicely browned. Add the Montreal steak spices, BBQ Steak sauce and simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
  3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and hollow out the center with a spoon, leaving about 1cm thick potato flesh.
  4. On a baking tray, place the potato skins and garnish with the meat mixture. Add the provolone cheese on top and put in the broiled oven for +/- 1 minute.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.

Top 3 des recettes Firebarns que j’ai cuisinées depuis le début. Wow! Très bon! J’en ai pris 2, ceux qui avaient plus faim en ont pris 3, mais on l’a servi en tant que repas et on était plein! La sauce BBQ Steak est le centre d’attention de cette recette. Juste génial, n’attendez pas un événement particulier pour la faire, j’ai dégusté cette recette un mercredi soir!
