Pancetta and Pesto Orzo Salad

Prepare to be seduced by this simple and delicious recipe: a captivating orzo salad. Imagine a perfect combination of crispy pancetta, bocconcini, juicy sundried tomatoes and pesto, all enhanced by our tangy Tequila Lime sauce.


  • 2 cups orzo
  • 150 g pancetta cut into small cubes
  • 200g bocconcini
  • 6 to 7 dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of pesto
  • 3 tbsp. tbsp Tequila Lime hot sauce
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Immerse the orzo in boiling water for about 7 minutes, drain and let cool.
  2. In a pan, fry the pancetta for a few minutes until it starts to get nice and crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and adjust the seasonings as needed.
