Marry Me Chicken Pasta

Marry Me Chicken Pasta, Firebarns style! Tender chicken bites, a creamy and comforting sauce boosted with our Original Hot Sauce, spinach, crispy bacon, sundried tomatoes and melted parmesan cheese. An intense and addictive combination that will have you saying YES with every bite!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cups cooked and drained pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup 15% cooking cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Original Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Italian spices
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a skillet over medium high heat, cook the chicken with a drizzle of olive oil until cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Sauté the spinach with the chicken for about a minute. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the butter and flour, mix well and add the chicken broth and cream.
  4. Bring to a boil, add Parmesan, Original Hot Sauce and Italian Spice. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is nice and creamy.
  5. Add the chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and pasta to the sauce, mix well and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon bits before serving.
