Buffalo Ranch Chicken Jalapeno Poppers

Jalapeno poppers not for beginners: stuffed with shredded BBQ chicken, gooey cream cheese, green onions, and our explosive duo of new Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Wrapped in crispy bacon, oven-browned with a touch of Panko for crunch. Intense flavor, perfect texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 small BBQ chicken (flesh roughly chopped)
  • 10 jalapenos, halved
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Firebarns Buffalo Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
  • 20 slices of bacon
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, green onions, Buffalo sauce, Ranch dressing, and honey.
  2. Using a spoon, remove the insides of the peppers.
    jalapenos and stuff the center with the buffalo ranch chicken mixture.
  3. Sprinkle the poppers with Panko breadcrumbs and wrap a slice of bacon in the center of the poppers.
  4. Place on BBQ/Smoker grill at 350F and cook for approximately 45 min or until bacon is cooked through.
  5. Serve with chopped chives, a drizzle of honey and a drizzle of Buffalo sauce.
