hot-dog poutine deluxe

A perfect recipe for busy weeknights with the family with our deluxe poutine hot dog. These decadent hot dogs are made with jumbo hot dog sausages, pulled pork and enhanced with a store-bought poutine sauce spiced with our Southwest BBQ sauce. It's also the perfect recipe for hockey pre-games. Served on grilled brioche hot dog buns with our Bacon Mayo, it's ready in 15 minutes and very simple to make. You can also double, triple, even quadruple the recipe depending on the number of guests!


  • 2 brioche hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Mayo
  • 2 jumbo hot dog sausages
  • 2/3 cup store-bought poutine sauce
  • 1/3 cup ofSouthwest BBQ sauce
  • 300 g pulled pork
  • Cheese curds
  • Fries
  • Chives to serve


  1. In a small saucepan, bring the poutine sauce and the Sud-Ouest sauce to a boil and remove from the heat.
  2. Spread the insides of the buns with the Bacon Mayo and toast in a hot pan until the insides of the buns are nicely browned.
  3. Cut the sausages lengthwise without separating the two parts and cook flat on both sides in the pan.
  4. Add the sausage to the bread, then the fries, cheese curds, sauce, top with pulled pork and sprinkle with chives before serving.
