Discover our Caesar Firebarns Spiced Fried Cheese Curds, crispy and tasty. Coated in flour, eggs, Caesar spices, and breadcrumbs, then fried, these bites are served with a spicy Firebarns Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise. Garnished with green onions and lime wedges, they are perfect for a flavorful starter or appetizer!


  • 340 g cheese curds
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Bloody Caesar spice
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • The juice of a lime
  • 1 C. tbsp. crushed pepper
  • 1 C. Table of Firebarns Sriracha Sauce
  • Green onions and lime wedges for serving


  1. In a bowl, mix the cheese curds and flour. In a 2nd bowl add the eggs (mix well) and in a 3rd bowl combine the Caesar spices and breadcrumbs.
  2. Individually, dip the cheese curds into the eggs and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Fry in oil at 375F until the grains are golden brown (about 2 minutes).
  4. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, lime juice, pepper and Sriracha.
  5. Serve the fried cheese curds with the mayonnaise and sprinkle with green onions and lime wedges.
